The trio of Pinays behind the hit humor blog The Soshal Network (TSN) has released a guide to help readers reach the height of kasoshalan!

Out now from Summit Books is TSN’s Etiquette for Soshal Climbers, a book that gathers updated versions of the blog’s most LOL-worthy posts and new entries that will further school readers on the soshal way of life.

Etiquette for Soshal Climbers teaches readers the basics of soshalizing, from the no-fail rules, must-learn terms, and helpful tips that will help them navigate the soshal lifestyle, to the lasting influence of high-society life pegs such as Gretchen Barretto and Tessa Prieto Valdes.

The book also spills techniques that readers can apply to conquer social media, including how to master the flatlay, how to look skinny in photos, and how to deal with bashers the soshal way.

Rounding up the book is a section on snagging the style of a certified soshalera. Here, learn different ways to wear ubiquitous cloth rags and face towels, and see the lowly daster transform into a fashion must-have with some help from style icon Liz Uy.

Plus, Etiquette for Soshal Climbers features a foreword by true-blue socialite Tessa Prieto Valdes—who has since become the TSN ladies’ friend!

Faye Condez, Vivian Tan, and Camille Buhain are lawyers and friends who have been sharing hilarious commentaries on everyday life as the social-climbing Ms. Sophisticated, Mrs. Domesticated, and Ms. Provinciated on TSN since 2012. The trio was nominated for The Jokebox Award in blog advertising community Nuffnang Philippines’ Nuffie Awards in 2013.

Catch the Etiquette for Soshal Climbers book launch on December 3, Saturday, 2-5pm at National Book Store in Glorietta 1 and get the chance to meet and have your copies signed by Faye, Vivian, and Camille. Registration starts at 1:30pm.
