From the most controversial selfies to the most tactless remarks heard at Pinoy reunions, ANG PINAKA has counted them all down.

As the award-winning infotainment TV program enters its 11th year, GMA Network Inc. partners with Summit Books to release The Best of ANG PINAKA, a collection of the funniest, wittiest, and most memorable lists from the show’s run since 2005, plus a new set of lists created just for the book.

In his foreword, host Rovilson Fernandez says of ANG PINAKA: “The lists are so varied, the show reaches a whole new demographic every week—young, old, rich, poor, millennial, foodie, travel enthusiast, horror fans, parents, families, and just about every generation there is out there.” Just like the show, The Best of ANG PINAKA delivers entertaining roundups covering everything—from entertainment and pop culture to history and politics, from music and sports to trends and new media—to feed each curious Pinoy’s mind.

Conversation starters abound in The Best of ANG PINAKA, with its lists on national historical figures, amazing natural wonders, unbelievable urban legends, popular showbiz love teams, quotable beauty queen answers, and many more. Never-before-aired lists introduce even more awe and hilarity, such as the most exotic Pinoy foods, the most convincing evidence of the existence of aliens, and the funniest responses to this undying question: "Kailan ka ikakasal?"

Launched in November 2005, ANG PINAKA is a list-type infotainment show that airs 6:30pm on Sundays on GMA News TV. With the help of guest panelistas who are experts in their respective fields, the “Listahan ng Bayan” comes up with weekly top 10 countdowns that satisfy Pinoys’ penchant for listahan and chikahan. ANG PINAKA has garnered awards both locally and internationally, among them the Best Adult Educational/Cultural Show Award at the 2012 Catholic Mass Media Awards, a Silver Screen Award in the Educational category at the 2007 US International Film and Video Festival, and the Certificate for Creative Excellence in the Entertainment Category at the 2007 US International Film and Video Festival.

Summit Books launched The Best of ANG PINAKA on December 18 at the Noel Bazaar, SMX Convention Center, with Rovilson Fernandez signing copies of the book.

The Best of ANG PINAKA is now available in newsstands, bookstores, convenience stores, and supermarkets nationwide for P250.
