Town&Country July 2013The Syjuco sisters, Maxine, Beatrix, and Michelline, daughters of renowned artists Cesare and Jean Marie, grace the cover of Town&Country’s Home and Design issue this July.

Photographed in their unique home and exhibition-and-work space, called the Art Lab, the Syjucos talk about their lives and their art--poetry, sculpting, jewelry, painting and performance art. “What a treat it was to spend time with such creative souls and take a peek into their public and private spaces,” remarks Town&Country editor-in-chief Yvette Fernandez.

In this same issue, Town&Country presents its second annual design hot list which features 65 design showstoppers, including the latest trends in architecture, gadgets, furniture, and product design.

Jewelry and accessory designer Christina Brandner, on the other hand, shares her thoughts on the pieces that define a home and talks about cultivating her natural sense of style. Meanwhile, design duo and tastemakers Ricky Toledo and Chito Vijandre handpick their 10 home essentials, including interesting items from their specialty stores. Jonathan Matti also walks us through an apartment he designed for a young homeowner, highlighting how antique pieces can still shine in the modern world.

All these and more in Town&Country this July, available in all bookstores and magazine stands nationwide. For regular updates on the magazine, like Town&Country on Facebook, www.facebook.com/townandcountry.ph, and follow on Twitter, twitter.com/TownCountryPh.
