Summit Books’ Pop Fiction imprint has gained scores of fans since it started its mission of publishing works by Filipino authors who have become popular in online communities of readers and writers such as Candymag.com’s Creative Corner and Wattpad. Now, one of Pop Fiction’s all-time bestselling authors debuts her own Summit Books imprint, a breakthrough for the five-year-old Summit brand.

Summit Books launches Majesty Press, a new imprint under which Pop Fiction author Jonaxx will publish uncut versions of her popular original stories, much to the delight of her followers.

As its debut release, Majesty Press or MPress launches Heartless, the Jonaxx offering that bagged the Filipino Readers' Choice Award for Romance in Filipino in 2015. Previously published in two parts as Heartless 1 and 2 under Summit Books’ Sizzle imprint, the MPress edition is uncut, boasts over 400 pages, and comes in a bigger size than her previous books.


Now, readers will be enamored by the tale of Coreen Samantha Aquino, the heroine who gets between brothers Noah and Rozen Elizalde, in all its page-turning, kilig-inducing, and heart-wrenching glory.

Besides serving as an opportunity for her to perfect her craft, MPress allows Jonaxx to give her readers what they desire: uncut versions of her original stories, turned into quality books. “Inspired by my published books and the support of my readers, Majesty Press or MPress ang regalo namin sa inyo dahil sa walang sawa ninyong pagsusuporta sa akin,” Jonaxx explains in the preface to Heartless.

Jonaxx, whose works include Pop Fiction’s Mapapansin Kaya, Every Beast Needs a Beauty, and the Baka Sakali Trilogy—some of which made it to National Book Store’s local fiction bestseller list—discovered her flair for weaving stories early. She started writing online at the age of 12, posting the stories she churned out on the Creative Corner of Candymag.com’s TeenTalk forum. In November 2012, she moved to Wattpad, writing under the teen fiction category and later trying her hand at new adult fiction. Now, she has garnered over 1.2 million followers on the site.

Heartless by Jonaxx is now available in newsstands and bookstores nationwide for P295.
