Women’s Health launches series of gym tours
April 17, 2009

This April, Women’s Health Philippines, the premiere fitness and lifestyle magazine for women, launches its series of signature classes to be offered in Gold’s Gym and Fitness First branches.
First introduced at the magazine’s launch in Boracay, the Women’s Health signature classes Bhangra Boogie and Caribbean Hiphop were a hit at the beach and now these fun workouts are making their way to the metro! Bhangra Boogie combines traditional Indian dances and modern dance moves, giving participants an overall body workout while feeling like the star of a Bollywood movie. Caribbean Hiphop, on the other hand, has participants grooving to reggae and the sounds of summer while getting a great workout for the core and the legs.
The Women’s Health signature classes will be available at Gold’s Gym branches in Robinsons Galleria on April 13, Alabang on April 15, Glorietta on April 16, Wilson on April 20, and Intercon on April 22.
They will also be offered in the following Fitness First branches: ABS-CBN on April 23, Alabang on April 27, Eastwood City on April 29, Fort Bonifacio on April 30, Greenhills on May 6, SM Mall of Asia on May 8, SM Megamall on May 11, Robinsons Metroeast on May 13, SM North Edsa on May 15, and Platinum Trinoma on May 18.
